The biggest frustration when you are promoting ClickBank products is when a customer asks for a refund. It is especially annoying if you are using paid advertising.
But you can predetermine a product’s Clickbank refund rate before you start to promote it.
To do this, open CBGraph, find a product you are interested in and click on the "Items + Refunds" link:

Let’s look on the next example (ClickBank ID: SHOEMONEY)

This vendor has only one item: 1.
There is 0,2% in the "Refund rate" column.
It means that approximately 0.2 customers out of 100 ask for a refund (it is about 2 out of 1000).
But if a vendor has many items (different product, one-time-offers, discounts, etc.), the column "Refund rate" will have improper values (negative or too huge). In such case, it’s just impossible to calculate the refund rate!
Quite often vendors actually sell only one item. If a vendor has many items but on his website you can find only one product, most likely refund rate of his main item is correct.

Thanks for the info and providing the refund calculation. It would nice to be able to rank/sort products against each other rather than having to look at individual seller/product refund rates one at a time. Can you provide this kind of list or do you know where I can find such a list?
Thanks again.

Hello Hoglanta,
Thank you for your comment and a good idea!
Unfortunately, the refund calculation is not proper for all ClickBank vendors. A lot of them have many items and ClickBank provides only an average $/sale value for each vendor.
So it is impossible to find actual refund rates for all items.
Due to this issue, lists ordered by refund rates would be insufficient.
However, thank you a lot for your proposition!
Maybe in the future ClickBank will provide more data.
